Kelvin Ng Jin Xiang

Kelvin Ng Jin Xiang is a Singaporean serial entrepreneur and the founder of YELLOWKASTLE TECHNOLOGY (BEIJING) CO LTD.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Peking University and a Master's degree from Columbia University. From 2013 to 2019, he worked with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), focusing on investment promotion in North China.

He is currently a founding partner at Qingbei Daoyuan (清北道远), where he serves as CEO of Learning Device Business and Online Operations. He also continues to lead YellowKastle's AI-powered digital marketing and brand growth business. In 2025, Qingbei Daoyuan's online business exceeded RMB 400 million in GMV; the companies he has served have generated more than RMB 1 billion in cumulative online GMV from 2022 to date. He has also served as an Executive Committee member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce & Industry in China since 2024.
